This ham is free of preservatives such as added nitrates. It is a bit on the saltier side and is perfect for cooking.

The best ham you can buy from the supermarket it has no preservatives and the taste and texture is 10 out of 10. I use this instead of bacon. It is delicious.

I use the ham on many occasions. It tastes good by itself, when fried with eggs and with pasta. I will also store leftovers in the freezer and it stores well.
