Package states that the ham is traditionally cured and flavoured with honey. This Leg Ham is perfect for sandwiches and wraps. I also add it to bulk up salads and as a pizza topping. The slices tastes sweet (honey) and delicious, it contains no artificial colours or flavours and are apparently Gluten-free and 97% Fat-free. I like its Ready to use packaging - ham in a folded and re-closable 100g pack. Recommended. $3 now, usually $4.20.
