I was attracted to get this coz of the sale and convenient and light packaging of the product. It tastes great in sandwiches and contains no artificial colors and flavors, and gluten-free. The shelf life is not bad, at least 4 weeks. However, it is considered a processed meat, and like all deli meats, it's important to consider both the potential benefits and drawbacks. High sodium, contains nitrates, etc. Consume in moderation.
