This is the missing ingredient in many Asian, especially Thai dishes. It is a fantastic substitute for Mountain sauce mentioned in many Thai recipes. I wont ever be without again.

this is one of those products that is a must have staple in your pantry if you cook any asian inspired cuisine. its an awesome flavour booster. perfect in stirfrys. it has a more complex flavour profile than soy, which makes it way more versitile, and very handy
