Aniseed is one of my favourite flavours. I put it in hot water when I'm craving licorice but want a healthier snack. It also adds a great flavour to rice

Star Anise is a great addition to making Vietnamese soup and the Hoyt’s brand is quite premium and has a delicious taste.
