this works out to be cheaper than the other brands and we use it for roast chicken. add it with some salt and lemon and throw it into the cavity of a chook. roast for 1.5 hours at 190c

Nice dried thyme from Hoyt’s. It is the most affordable thyme leaves you can get from Woolies (even cheaper than the Woolies’ home brand). The only cons is that it comes with a bag instead of a bottle, so you better prepare a container for it (perfect when you have an old bottle from your previous thyme leaves).

Lovely texture and flavour. Great in chicken and leek pies. I can’t really compare it to other brands because it’s the only one available in our supermarket.
