I love these pickled veggies. There carrot, olives, capsicum, chilli and cauliflower (my favourite). I eat them straight from the jar but good for a platter as well.

We love this and it is always in our fridge. So tasty and a good mix of vegetables in the jar. I especially love the olives. It is a great price and lovely to put on an entertaining platter.
