Works well for both adults and children but be ware it is quite strong so use small amounts at a time. Tends to make the eyes water if you go too much at a time.

This is great but do not spray when you have people in the room ! its very strong ! I spray it an hour before bedtime.

Nice and gentle on the kids noses especially when they are all softly and stuffed up. Leaves a gentle Aroma through out the room helps relieve the stuffiness and chest congestion

Great spray for congested nose and block nose. eculyptus oil helps to ease the block and swift to sleep within minutes
