Helps me get over a cold quick. I take these daily to help prevent me from getting sick and they seem to do the trick. I used to get sick 3 or 4 times a year but since I've been taking these, it's down to only once or twice a year. As well as the duration of my sickness has gone down by a couple days. Chicken noodle soup, ginger ale, and a couple of these Cenovis vitamin C tablets and my cold is taken care of.
