I buy cenovis vitamins all the time. They help me alot. Cenovis magnesium helps with my muscle health, as I get alot of muscle cramps and serve spasms as I suffer from serve chronic pain in lower back pain and spasms in my legs and arthritis in hips. Since I started cenovis magnesium tablets it's helped to relieve some of my Spasams. There's 200 tablets which is a good amount to buy. It also supports bone health. The tablets size is a little big but you get use to it.
