If you’re looking for something to try and help ward off winter colds and flu then I can highly recommend these Cenovis Garlic, Horseradish + C Complex capsules. We take them every year and, while I’m not going to say we never get a cold, since taking these we do seem to get a lot less and the symptoms aren’t as bad. I definitely recommend these.
