Who doesn’t want to try to avoids Winter colds and flu so when some friends recommended these capsules I thought I’d give them a go. Now I must say that I did still get a cold this year but the symptoms were a lot milder than usual. It’s hard to say if that was solely due to me taking these but I am sure they would have helped. I’ll definitely be taking them again next year.
