This works very well to help keeps colds short. When I take these when I start to feel a bit sick, they help shorten my overall sickness time in about half.

It's a bit early to tell the effect the supplement is having for the purpose I'm taking it for, but I've been impressed with Cenovis products in the past, and I like the combination of vitamins/nutrients in this supplement as it saves me from having to get each of the vitamins/nutrients separately.
