Red Bull gives me a quick energy boost when I really need it, especially during long study sessions or early mornings. I like that it works fast and helps me stay focused, but I’ve noticed that if I drink too much, I feel jittery or get a crash later. It’s also pretty sugary, which isn’t great if you’re trying to be healthy. Overall, it’s helpful when used in moderation, but definitely not something I’d drink every day.
