One drop holds a tonne (provided the bonded surface area exceeds 650mm2 and there is no gap between the surface. Tests under laboratory conditions give tensile strengths greater than 1 tonne). Supa Glue bonds most non-porous materials. It is not recommended for use on paper or leather, nor on polyethylene or Teflon. Supa Glue will not permanently bond glass or materials containing alkaline elements. For safety, Supa Glue is not recommended for repairing handles of vessels which contains hot liquids.
