These mini tortillas are fantastic for many things but my favourite is quesadillas. Fill with your favourite toppings and grill/fry and you have a delicious lunch or Saturday night treat. They freeze well also and are nice and soft. You can also use them for a lasagne type pie which is delicious. Good value with ten in a pack.
