Our go to Saturday night dinner. When the family are around, we set up a production line with all the necessary ingredients - mince, avocado, solanato tomatoes, corn, black beans, lettuce, sour cream and salsa and everyone serves themselves. Having both hard and soft in one box is perfect as everyone has their own preference. They are often on a half price special so I stock up. A long use by date is really handy.
