Old El Paso Enchilada Kits are a great way to have Mexican at home that tastes pretty authentic and is always a pleaser with kids and teenagers. These one I picked up at half price, which was a fantastic bonus. Chicken enchiladas at the end of a busy day - great comfort food.

quick easy so simple yet so delicious at the end only need to add a few ingredients and maybe a few extras if you want but not needed super easy for those late nights and so filling

These are always great and super tasty. I do them with some beef mince and taco spices, refried beans and cheese and that's all you need to add to have a great dinner.
