So good! I mixed this on medium with my electric mixer for a couples of minutes and it was so light and fluffy, a completely different texture to how it comes in the container. I would 100% recommend doing this before using.

This frosting is definitely sweet, but it’s awesome that it’s dairy and gluten free, makes it so easy to cater to everyone and decorate without much hassle for kids parties. Clearly the kids love the sweetness too!
