RUB McCormick Grill Mates BBQ Rub onto ribs. Cover meat tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hrs (or overnight). 2. PLACE unwrapped ribs into a medium sized roasting tray, add 2 cups of hot water into the base of the tray and cover tightly with foil. 3.
