This is a wonderful barbecue rub that can go on any sort of meat. We particularly like to have it with ribs, but we've also tried it with chicken. It goes really well, adds a nice kick in flavor um, highly recommend

RUB McCormick Grill Mates BBQ Rub onto ribs. Cover meat tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hrs (or overnight). 2. PLACE unwrapped ribs into a medium sized roasting tray, add 2 cups of hot water into the base of the tray and cover tightly with foil. 3. BBQ in a low (160Â°C) pre-heated BBQ for 2-3 hrs* on the warming rack or on the top of an inverted tray, until tender.
