this is the best custard you will ever taste, it might be stored on the shelf in a tetra pack, but don’t let that put you off. it’s smooth and thick with a very traditional custard flavour without being or tasting eggy.

This custard has become a regular in my household. It’s runny but not too runny, has thickness without being blobby, and is on the sweeter side. I like to use on its own or poured over cakes or fruit for dessert.
