we used to make ice cream with other milk products. the taste is good. we personally prefer it for custard only. ice cream taste is good but it feels more like Custard paste. Other than that remaining is good.

Foster Clark's original recipe custard powder vanilla flavored this is very versatile you do not need much and you now can you cook it in the microwave you can use it for a variety of sweets but also you can use it in some savory cooking like making honey chicken sauce
