I purchased this to make Naan bread. Added warm water to the yeast and within a few minutes the whole bowl was foamy, indicating the yeast is alive and active. Helps to make my Naan bread really soft and nice. Very conveniently packaged in 5 individual packets for use.

The only yeast I use as it comes in portioned sachets making it easier to only use what you need which leaves the remaining contents fully sealed until you need another sachet portion.
