I’m sure there’s better options that you can get, however value for money is good. I add a tiny pinch of sugar to this once dissolved to ensure the yeast develops well enough. Made decent bread with it. Can’t complain

The individual sachets are very handy. This product stores well. The lovely smell of yeast when it blooms fills the kitchen. I only use this brand because I know it works for bread making.
