This product is great for use in baking and also for making use with vegan or vegetarian dishes such as a mock cheese or cream sauce that is dairy free Having the multi 12 sachet pack for use in the cupboard means it can last a little longer and it has the added bonus of not needing to measure out the amount of yeast you need I’ve used this product for a long time and have no complaints at all
