I love this mint sauce. It is great with roast lamb and for disguising the taste of peas served with it. I also discovered recently that it is good for making ‘cheat’s’ raita to go with Indian dishes. It usually costs a reasonable $3.80 at Coles and Woolies, but is often on special.
