This gravy had a thick even consistency. It microwaved exactly to the instructions on the back. It poured well straight from the packet. It was tasty and really added to my Easter turkey roll dinner. I’d be happy to buy again, but only when on special as the sachet was quite expensive at $3.45. It’s only a small amount and really was only enough for my husband and I. I suppose you pay that bit more for ready made convenience.
