Capilano Hot Chilli Honey has more honey than heat. Very sweet with barely any chilli kick. Pricey for what it is, and not something I’d buy again.

This honey tastes really nice. It is sweet with a good hint of chilli. Great over meat for that sweet and savoury taste, or really over any savoury dish to give it an extra oomph.

This chilli packs a lovely hot punch. it’s become a staple in my house and I hope Capilano don’t discontinue it! I like to have it on crumpets - yum!
