This isn’t a bad honey but it’s also not the best. It’s very sweet and has almost a sharpness to it. It’s blended from lots of other international honeys so maybe that’s why. I do prefer Australian natural wild honeys which have a better taste to me. Still it’s good for breakfast on oats or toast, in a cup of tea or in cooking and is cheaper than most others.
