There are difference MGO level of Manila honey like MGO 100+, 300+,400+… MGO refer to the level of Methylglyoxal (MGO), the natural compound mainly responsible for Manuka’s antibacterial and medicinal properties. 100+ contains at least 100 mg of MGO per kg of honey which is the entry-level strength, good for daily consumption, general wellness, and mild sore throats.
