I always make sure to have the Capilano 100% Pure Australian Honey Squeeze in the pantry. Even though it is an added sugar and should be consumed in moderation, it does have some health benefits ordinary sugar hasn’t. A glass of warm lemon water with honey is a soothing elixir and beneficial during the cold and flu season. Honey is high in sugars, carbohydrates and is calorie dense so moderation is key.
