The mini cans of 250mls I find to be the perfect size when you want a soft drink. I struggle to finish the larger cans. Sprite Zero is refreshing without the sugar, one of my favourites to keep in the fridge.

Soft drink is the best choice for everyone under the hot weather. I love drinking sprite as it is caffeine-free option compared to colas. And it can pairs well with food and snacks. However, Sprite contains high sugar content which can contribute to weight gain, toothdecay, or blood sugar if over consumed.
