Sprite Zero Sugar is honestly one of the better-tasting zero soft drinks out there. The lemon-lime flavour hides the artificial sweetener taste better than a lot of cola zeros, so it comes across really refreshing and clean, especially ice cold. A lot of people online say it has less of that “diet” aftertaste compared to Coke Zero or Diet Coke. Big positives: * Zero sugar and almost no calories * Caffeine-free * Super refreshing with meals or in hot weather * Usually easier on the stomach than darker soft drinks The downside is the sweeteners can still leave a slight aftertaste for some people, and drinking heaps of zero soft drink daily probably isn’t the best habit long-term. It contains aspartame and acesulfame potassium as sweeteners. Rating: 8.5/10 — one of the strongest zero-sugar soft drinks if you want the fizzy soft drink feel without the sugar crash.
