I picked this product because I do spilt shifts and I need to stay a wake on my 3 hour break between my shift. I have been using this product for the last four years. I like the taste of product and how it replaces lost Electrolytes in a matter of minutes. Yes I would recommend this product to someone because the effect are within a few minutes of intake.
