I really enjoy this drink especially after a day in the garden, it most definitely helps with my dehydration, the flavour isn’t too sweet but it gives ou that slightly tart flavour, its very refreshing and fruity and almost a tropical flavour, this is my go to when I feel when I am lacking in hydration
