It is a must buy drink when I feel dehydrated. It is not too sweet and can make me feel cool down and hydrated very quickly, especially after I do some exercises.

This red Powerade tastes great and the Berry ice flavour works well. Its refreshing to drink and it helps replenish you. I like that it has electrolytes in it. Highly recommended and I buy this regularly.
