I love these!! Especially on a hot day and I’m feeling light headed or need a pick me up they’re so refreshing great on the go and great when you need to have a blood test I find my blood is more willing to flow kinda like it gives me more blood circulation and keeps me hydrated.

Powerade Mountain Blast Zero Sports Drink Sipper Cap 600mL yeah this is a mainstay at the minesites all across australia. It has all the key ingredients you need to keep you going especially in this hot summer. And priced affordably. I often reach for the powerade blast zero due to it’s low calories but potent mixture to help me through potential heatstrokes whilst working in the sun. I couldn’t recommend a product more than I would with this. It’s 5/5 stars for sure.

It’s a decent taste especially on a warm summer day. Goes well with a lot of things, kids love it and it’s really good on prices too.

Tried as an after sport drink and just need to make sure it’s chilled, best way to consume. Flavour was ok and overall the drink was refreshing and met its intended purpose of quick hydrate.
