It provides energy instantly so it is one of the drink that i take often when i am out. I like its taste and content.

I didn’t like the taste of Mountain Blast. It has a strong taste of sweeteners, and the vibrant blue colour is the result of a food dye (Colour 133) added to the water. It’s not as healthy as it seems. If you’re trying maintain a healthy diet then this drink is a miss.

I am not overly fond of the flavour (artificial) and sweetness (overly sweet) but was impressed at how it compares to another major brand regarding electrolytes - this is the main reason I'm consuming a sports drink. I don't want the sugar (tick), I want to replace electrolytes (tick) and I want those electrolytes delivered in a drink that is palatable (tick). I will definitely buy again, telling other flavours next time.

Its got good taste and refreshing feel. Sports drinks with sipper caps are good these days.

Still tastes like the blue Powerade, just not as overly sweet.
