I love all these drinks, especially the after heavy exercises or running. rehydrate fast and can then relax and breathe. often will pick up the $2 specials, or the 1ltr bottles during the summer months. would not recommend for those looking to lose weight or on a weight loss diet.

My favourite drink especially during warmer months when I lost do much sweat after a long walk. Perfect for me with sugar problems otherwise full flavour has a better taste.

There’s a bunch of flavours but this is my favorite! I can drink this like water… I love it. Keep me hydrated. Great value for money too.
