Just as good as the original Mountain Blast, but with the benefit of no sugar. I have two of these very soccer game and it does the job perfectly to keep me hydrated with electrolytes during the game and feeling great after the game. The flavour makes it for easy drinking and it doesn’t have an overly sweet taste which is even better. Definitely would recommend this for sports, going to the gym or refuelling after any exercise!
