Perfect for hydration without sugar — this is the go-to if you want an electrolyte boost after workouts or a hot day without the calories. comes in at around 10 calories per bottle with basically no sugar, so it’s a guilt-free way to rehydrate and has several invigorating and delicious taste due to flavours. while many love the taste, some find this zero-sugar version too strong, artificial, or not as good as the sugared Powerade. Other con for me personally is that especially when you are dehydrated you can consume the whole bottle extremely quickly.
