I love the taste of Powerade Mountain Blast, Zero sugar so it does not spike my blood sugar. I bring this with me when I walk my dog, with this early summer weather I usually get so sweaty. Its so refreshing and replenishes the electrolytes I lost from sweating. I stock Powerade in my pantry and fridge especially when they are half price.

This Powerade has a sweet yet sugar free taste which I like. It quenches my thirst when I finish training. It's a great alternative to water. The bottle design with the flo cap is handy when I'm on the go.
