The taste is good, its not as sweet as the normal Powerade mountain blast, good to serve when its cold after a long workout

Really like the flavour of this drink, it isn’t super sweet or a fake flavour and really refreshes you when you are thirsty or after a hard day in the garden, reckon it is one of the better hydration drinks out there.

It tastes good. But I really don't know what a mountain blast is so I couldn't tell you if it tastes like one 😜. I know blueberries raspberries and mangoes. Anyways jokes apart it has a good rating of 3.5 as opposed to 0.5 that some flavours or counterparts have. No added sugar. Thirst quenching. Better when chilled. Good after a workout or an exercise as that's when the extra sugar won't matter much I guess. Oh yes and it comes with 4 electrolytes as well. Overall a good Sports drink that is not too sweet.
