Other con for me personally is that especially when you are dehydrated you can consume the whole bottle extremely quickly.

Great flavour and great if you need a hydration boost. Especially good if you don't like drinking plain water. Although it does have more calories. I like that it is sugar free and it does seem to hydrate me more than normal water. I wouldn't drink it in place of water but if you've been exercising or are dehydrated, this is a great alternative. A little expensive but ok when on sale.
