I decided to buy this Powerade dissolvable drink mix because my husband was sick and needed to replace lost electrolytes. This drink powder mixes well and has a nice blueberry flavour. It is easy to drink and does help hydrate.

This is so good if you’re a person that drinks a lot of energy drinks like powerrade , this makes so much with such little scoops

The taste is very similar to the actual premade Powerade. The powder dissolves quickly when shacked. Very cost effective for the long run, made about 3-4 liters so far and the tub still contains plenty powder. Would recommend for anyone who exercises.
