An excellent way to buy Powerade, in powdered form. Much cheaper than buying bottles and if you follow the recipe, it tastes exactly like the bottles. 14g sugar per 250mls and 76mg per 100ml electrolytes. So good for sport but best not to have too much of you don’t need it.
