For ultimate pleasure and taste, the water must be just colder than room temperature to allow for the most efficient guzzle. Icy water is great on a hot and humid summer day, but not when you’re reaching for that water bottle at 3am dehydration levels of the desert are approaching, the last thing you want is water that is too cold, that will cause a burning sensation when guzzled.
