Sprite has a mild sweet flavour that is palatable to most people and because of its high sugar content it can aid when one is sick by helping to settle an upset stomach. I believe it is an unhealthy drink lacking essential nutrients and that’s why I only buy it when someone in my family is unwell or for special occasions as a treat.
