fast acting as it absorbs into your stomach quickly. the packet mentions that it is faster than regular panadol. also gentle on the stomach which is great when you already have to take so many other tablets. 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours not exceeding 8 per day. easy to understand instructions
